Jason Johnson's ten year old business was experiencing a season of rapid expansion. He needed to automate his manual processes, previously implemented through Excel macros. The growth of his business necessitated a system that could be used and managed by his whole team. And finally, his customer facing site was built on a basic template and needed a facelift.
To save time and reduce human error, four web applications were created:
The first; a property comparison tool that allows Jason and his team to quickly compare 500,000+ properties, controlling for custom factors.
Second, a rehab estimator tool that automates the home evaluation process based on a configurable database of itemized costs.
Third, a cash projection tool that allows him to estimate his cashflow at any given time in the near future.
Fourth, an analyzation tool utilizes over 30 calculations to help him determine profitibality of any property currently in his portfolio or under review.
To modernize his now 10 year old business, we also updated his logo and created a new public facing website to reflect the success of his burgeoning company.
